Kumbuka helps you scan business cards, organize contacts, remember meeting context, prepare relationship notes, and follow up with people you meet.

Features may vary by platform, location, account type, release stage, or third-party integrations. We may update, add, limit, suspend, or remove features when needed to improve the product, protect users, or comply with legal and operational requirements.

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your device, sign-in method, and credentials secure.

• Use accurate account information when creating or updating access.
• Do not share access with people who are not authorized to use it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Follow any platform, app store, identity provider, or integration terms that apply to your account.

Kumbuka stores information that you choose to scan, enter, import, or create. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the contact data, notes, images, files, and context you add to the service.

Do not use Kumbuka to collect, store, or share information in a way that violates law, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, or the reasonable expectations of the people involved.

You may not misuse Kumbuka or interfere with the service, other users, or our systems.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not use contact information from Kumbuka for harassment, deception, unsolicited abuse, or illegal marketing.
• Do not remove notices, bypass limits, or misrepresent your affiliation with Kumbuka or Jambo.team.

Kumbuka may work with app stores, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, calendar integrations, email tools, payment providers, and support systems.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect or use those services, you are responsible for reviewing and following the terms that apply to them.

We aim to keep Kumbuka reliable, but online services can be affected by maintenance, outages, security events, third-party failures, and product updates.

We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, investigate risk, comply with law, or enforce applicable terms.
